Partnership epiroc

ACE Mechanical Services and Epiroc established a strategic partnership in September 2022, solidifying ACE’s position as a key partner of Epiroc for its Canadian customers, particularly in Quebec and Nunavut. This partnership recognizes ACE as the official distributor for the sale of parts as well as the repair and maintenance services for Epiroc equipment throughout the province of Quebec and Nunavut.

Epiroc, a globally renowned Swedish company specializing in mining equipment, stands out for its innovative solutions aimed at enhancing productivity and sustainability in the mining industry. With an international presence, Epiroc offers a comprehensive range of equipment designed for underground and surface mining, construction, and exploration.

Through this partnership, customers benefit from enhanced local service, shorter delivery times, extended operating hours, and increased flexibility in service offerings. They also enjoy expanded geographic coverage, greater competitiveness, and optimized operational efficiency.

Since its inception, this partnership has led to significant progress, including the opening of a distribution center with an operational warehouse, the training of several technicians at a brand-new ACE training center – an Epiroc partner – and a substantial increase in inventory and sales. Other initiatives have also been launched to support this growth, including the opening of a customer training center and a drill repair center in Val-d'Or.
